Salary: £13.11 per hour inclusive of holiday pay (£11.70 + £1.41 holiday pay)

Retail & Asset Solutions are looking for Retail Merchandising Team Drivers in your area. You must hold a full Driving License.

The Company

We are a leading provider of Retail Stocktaking, Merchandising, and Supply Chain Management Services, with over 3500 employees across the UK, offering a hardworking and rewarding workplace with progression opportunities.

The Role

1. We are seeking Retail Merchandising Team Drivers (driver with own vehicle).
2. This role involves merchandising tasks and overseeing transportation of a small team of merchandisers to and from shifts.
3. Typically, a week includes 4-5 shifts from Sunday to Thursday.
4. Shifts are generally 12 hours, including day and night shifts, mainly nights. Assignments are accessible via our Field Power platform on your smartphone.
5. You will clock in/out using your smartphone via our RAS Dashboard.
6. Work will be at various retail sites/stores with travel varying per shift.
7. Escalate vehicle issues promptly.
8. Work as part of a team led by a Team Manager or Store Management.
9. Carry out stock removal/replacement, shelf height adjustments, and stock movement from warehouse to shop floor using roll cages and pallet trucks.

Key Skills/Experience Required

1. Must be at least 21 years old due to unsociable hours including night shifts.
2. Full Driving License required.
3. Positive attitude and ability to work long shifts.
4. Retail experience is desirable but training will be provided.
