£13.73 per hour inclusive of holiday pay ( £12.25 per hour + £1.48 = £13.73 p/h holiday pay)

Retail & Asset Solutions are currently looking for Retail Merchandising Team Drivers in your area. You must hold a full Driving License.

The Company

We are a leading provider of Retail Stocktaking, Merchandising and Supply Chain Management Services. With over 3500 employees throughout the UK, we provide a hardworking and rewarding workplace with many progression opportunities.

The Role

1. We are looking for Retail Merchandising Team Drivers (driver with own vehicle) to add to our already successful merchandising team.
2. This role will require you to carry out merchandising tasks as well as oversee the transportation of a small team of merchandisers to and from each shift.
3. This position typically involves 4-5 shifts per week, from Sunday to Thursday.
4. Shift lengths are generally 12 hours, including days and nights (predominately nights). You can set your availability and accept shifts via our Field Power platform on your smartphone.
5. You will clock in and out using your smartphone via our RAS Dashboard.
6. Work will be on various retail sites/stores, with travel varying per shift.
7. You will need to escalate vehicle issues promptly.
8. You will work as part of a team led by a Team Manager or Store Management.
9. Your responsibilities include removing and replacing stock using client plans and systems, adjusting shelf heights, and moving stock from warehouse to shop floor using roll cages and pallet trucks.

Key Skills and Experience Required

1. This role involves working unsociable hours, including night shifts, and applicants must be at least 21 years old.
2. Applicants must hold a full Driving License.
3. A positive attitude and the ability to work long shifts are essential.
4. Previous retail experience is desirable but not mandatory, as training will be provided.
