Job Description:

The role of Retail Supervisor at Vuori is to lead the retail sales team by example, forging connections with customers while communicating Vuori’s brand values through insightful product knowledge and a positive outlook. The Supervisor supervises the retail floor, takes initiative, delegates work, and is a top seller. They assist in maintaining and driving sales to meet KPIs under the direction of the Floor Lead.

Create an unforgettable customer experience

• Ensure each customer receives the best experience possible.
• Take ownership of the sales floor and team to prioritize customer experience.
• Prepare fitting rooms, find sizes, and provide honest feedback on merchandise.
• Build lasting customer relationships through engagement and inviting them to events.
• Stay informed on new and popular products and share this knowledge.

Be the business

• Lead daily operations of the sales floor when the Floor Lead is absent.
• Motivate the team to achieve sales goals in a team-based environment.
• Gain product knowledge, especially in active-wear and fashion, to serve as an expert.
• Lead project completion while maintaining focus on customer experience.
• Communicate inventory needs to support sales objectives.

Leadership/Ownership

• Maintain store standards, including restocking, visual merchandising, and cleaning.
• Follow safety and protocol standards during opening and closing procedures.
• Encourage punctuality, responsibility, and role adherence among staff.

Qualifications

• Available mornings and/or evenings, 5 days/week, including at least one weekend day.
