Retail Supervisor – Part Time, 20 hours

We are looking to recruit a new retail supervisor for our shop in Kirkby-In-Ashfield, Nottinghamshire. We offer a permanent part-time position working a variety of shifts, with a minimum of 20 hours work each week, including some weekends.

We offer an hourly pay rate of £12.50, guaranteed at least 20 hours per week, earning a minimum of £250 weekly. Overtime may be available for additional earnings.

As a retail supervisor, you will:

• Support the management team in leading the shop to provide excellent customer service
• Manage shop operations in the manager’s absence, ensuring customer care, efficient deliveries, and routine tasks are completed to maintain a safe, clean, and tidy environment
• Open and close the shop, handle cash, place orders, and develop your team of retail assistants
• Control operational costs including shrinkage, waste, and payroll
