Retail Supervisor - Part Time, 20 hours

We are looking to recruit a new retail supervisor for our shop in Southampton, Hampshire. This is a permanent part-time position working a variety of shifts, with a minimum of 20 hours per week, including some weekends.

Pay & Benefits:

We offer an hourly pay rate of £13.11 with a guaranteed minimum of 20 hours per week, earning at least £262 per week. Overtime may be available for additional earnings.

Responsibilities:

• Support the management team in leading the shop and providing excellent customer service
• Manage the shop in the manager’s absence, ensuring customer care, quick deliveries, and shop routines are maintained
• Open and close the shop, handle cash, place orders, and develop the team
• Control operational costs such as shrinkage, waste, and payroll
