Retail Supervisor - Part Time, 24 hours

We are looking to recruit a new retail supervisor for our shop in Drumchapel, Glasgow City. We offer a permanent part-time position working a variety of shifts, with a minimum of 24 hours work each week, including some weekends.

Pay & Benefits:

We offer an hourly pay rate of £13.11 with a guaranteed minimum of 24 hours per week, earning at least £314 weekly. Overtime may also be available.

Responsibilities:

• Support the management team in leading the shop and providing excellent customer service
• Manage shop operations in the manager’s absence, including customer care, deliveries, and maintaining cleanliness and safety
• Open and close the shop, handle cash, place orders, and develop team members
• Control operational costs such as shrinkage, waste, and payroll
