Job description

We are seeking a retail supervisor for our shop in Bo'ness, Falkirk. This is a permanent part-time role, offering a minimum of 24 hours per week, including some weekends.

The position offers an hourly rate of £13.11, with guaranteed minimum hours, earning at least £314 per week. Overtime opportunities may also be available for additional earnings.

As a retail supervisor, your responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the management team to run an efficient shop and deliver excellent customer service
  • Managing shop operations in the manager's absence, including customer care, deliveries, and routine tasks
  • Opening and closing the shop, handling cash, placing orders, and developing the team
  • Controlling operational costs such as shrinkage, waste, and payroll

Requirements:
