20 hours a week with an opportunity to work more hours.

Salary:

£13.15 per hour.

The Role

Our Team Leaders are more than just great managers. You will be hands-on and involved in managing and coaching your team, requiring quick thinking and adaptability. We see you as future Store Managers.

• Support the management team in daily business activities
• Drive sales and ensure excellent customer service and store standards
• Help maximize profit by reducing shrinkage, damages, till errors, and costs

About You

• Experience in supervisory or team leader roles within a fast-paced retail environment
• Understanding of retail KPIs like sales, profit, and service
• Confidence, resilience, and ambition, with a knack for developing others
• Willingness to perform piercing services (training provided)
• Success in this role can lead to promotion opportunities within the company
