Job summary

Signet Jewelers (H. Samuel & Ernest Jones) is seeking a Store Supervisor on a temporary full-time basis in the UK. You will lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and sharing product knowledge to help customers find the right pieces.

You will mentor new team members, help them settle in, grow their product knowledge and retail skills, and support management with daily operations and performance coaching.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience is essential.
• Strong communication, confidence and an outgoing personality to build rapport.
• Ambitious mindset with potential to grow into management with coaching support.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a role model for outstanding customer service and help hit sales targets.
• Maximise sales by showcasing product features and benefits to customers.
