Signet Jewelers (H. Samuel & Ernest Jones) is seeking a dynamic Store Supervisor for a temporary, full-time position. You will lead by example, deliver outstanding customer service, and coach junior team members to increase sales and product knowledge.

You’ll be a confident communicator with an outgoing personality, able to build rapport with customers, achieve targets and contribute to a busy retail environment through training, motivation and a passion for jewellery.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience is required.
• Ability to sell and upsell with confidence.
• Strong communication, outgoing personality and rapport-building skills.
