Superstore supervisor (clothing/fashion)

Salary: £24,705-£28,833 per year plus benefits

Reports to: Superstore manager

Department: Trading

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week

Location: Glasgow Forge Superstore

Role Responsibilities:

• Managing the commercial operations of the clothing/fashion department, including merchandising, stock management, maintaining shop standards, and sales targets.

• Collaborating with the management team to meet targets for donated stock, sales, gift aid, and stock processing.

• Providing excellent customer and supporter service.

• Supporting the organization of fundraising events.

• Supervising colleagues and volunteers, assisting with training, and undertaking keyholder responsibilities as needed.

• Performing manual handling and physical activities within daily duties.
