Retail Supervisor – Full Time, 39 hours

We are seeking a dedicated retail supervisor for our store in Brierley Hill, West Midlands. This full-time position involves working 39 hours per week across various shifts, typically 5 days out of 7. Flexibility during weekdays and weekends is generally expected for full-time roles.

We offer an hourly wage of £13.11, with a guaranteed minimum of 39 hours weekly, equating to at least £511 per week. Overtime opportunities may be available for additional earnings.

Responsibilities:

• Support the management team in leading the shop to deliver excellent customer service and operational efficiency
• Manage shop operations in the manager's absence, ensuring customer satisfaction, prompt deliveries, and routine maintenance for safety and cleanliness
• Open and close the shop, manage cash, place stock orders, and develop the retail team
• Control operational costs such as shrinkage, waste, and payroll
