Retail Supervisor – Full Time, 39 hours

We are looking to recruit a new retail supervisor for our shop in Bournemouth. We offer a permanent 39-hour full-time position working a variety of shifts, 5 days from 7 each week.

Please note that for full-time positions, we generally require you to be fully flexible in your availability for work throughout the week, including weekends.

We offer an hourly pay rate of £12.50, with a guaranteed minimum of 39 hours work per week. This means earning at least £487 per week, with potential for overtime.

As a retail supervisor, your responsibilities include:

• Supporting the management team to run an efficient shop and deliver excellent customer service
• Managing shop operations in the manager’s absence, including customer service, deliveries, and routines to ensure safety and cleanliness
• Opening and closing the shop, handling cash, placing orders, and developing your team
• Controlling operational costs such as shrinkage, waste, and payroll

Requirements:

• Previous supervisory or management experience in retail or similar industries is preferred but not essential
