Retail Supervisor - Full Time, 39 hours

We are seeking a dedicated retail supervisor for our shop in Basingstoke, Hampshire. This is a permanent full-time position, offering 39 hours per week across a variety of shifts, 5 days from 7. including weekends. Flexibility in your availability is generally required.

Pay & Benefits:

Hourly rate of £13.11, with a guaranteed minimum of 39 hours weekly, earning at least £511. Overtime opportunities may be available for additional earnings.

Role Responsibilities:

• Support the management team in leading the shop to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer service
• Manage shop operations in the manager’s absence, including customer service, deliveries, and maintaining shop routines
• Open and close the shop, handle cash, place orders, and develop team members
• Control operational costs such as shrinkage, waste, and payroll
