Retail Supervisor - Full Time, 39 hours

We are seeking a dedicated retail supervisor for our shop in Barrhead, East Renfrewshire. This is a permanent full-time position, offering 39 hours per week across a variety of shifts, 5 days from 7 each week.

Please note that full-time roles generally require full flexibility in your availability, including weekends.

Pay & Benefits:

Hourly rate of £13.11, with a guaranteed minimum of 39 hours weekly, earning at least £511 per week. Overtime may be available for additional earnings.

Responsibilities:

• Support the management team in leading the shop to ensure efficient operation and excellent customer service
• Manage shop in the manager’s absence, overseeing customer care, deliveries, and routine shop maintenance
• Open and close the shop, handle cash, place orders, and develop the retail team
• Control operational costs such as shrinkage, waste, and payroll
