Retail Supervisor Job Description

Deichmann is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Retail Supervisor to join our team in York. This is a part-time, permanent position, contracted for 25 hours per week.

Salary: Up to £13.41 per hour + non-contractual, hourly sales commission.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and supervise the store team in the absence of the Store Manager.
2. Open & close the store, including cashing up and administrative duties.
3. Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong product knowledge.
4. Promote and recommend products to enhance sales.
5. Assist management in achieving sales targets and KPIs.
6. Support team members as needed.
7. Ensure the store is well-merchandised with inviting displays.
8. Manage stock deliveries and store transfers.
9. Handle customer queries and complaints.
