What will my role look like?

We are looking for a dedicated Team Leader to lead, inspire, and motivate our welcoming Cooplands bakery team. As a Retail Team Leader, you will manage the bakery in the absence of the Manager and act as the right-hand person to the Store Manager.

You will be second in command, ensuring smooth team operations, promoting sales, increasing profitability, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include leading and engaging the team, food preparation, store cleanliness, and serving customers.
