As a retail supervisor, you’ll serve customers, support the Store Manager, check deliveries, pick items from the warehouse, and stock shelves. It can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter. But if you take pride in your work and your team’s efforts, our customers will notice and appreciate us even more.

What you'll do

• Supporting: Stand in for the Store Manager when needed, motivate and engage the team, and coach the team to grow sales and achieve targets.
• Mucking in: Check and unpack deliveries, stock shelves, clean the branch, and prepare orders.
• Delivering great service: Provide excellent customer service with a smile, regardless of how busy it is, and coach the team to do the same.
• Asking questions and building relationships: Ensure customers leave satisfied with everything they need for their jobs.
• Building a fun working environment: Maintain product availability and branch standards, making the branch a welcoming place for everyone.
