We are looking for a Supervisor to join us in our new Cotswolds Outlet store on an 18-hour contract. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take their first step into key holding and line management responsibilities.

About the role

As a Supervisor, you will act as a brand ambassador to promote and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will meet our customers daily and help them find the perfect outfit from head to toe. Your role is pivotal, supporting our Style Advisors in their growth, and assisting the Assistant Manager and/or Manager in the commercial aspects of running a successful store or concession.

What you'll do

• Greet, assist, and sell, aiming to build multiple sales and champion our high-quality premium products.
• Work with the in-store team to deliver an inspiring vision of TFG.
• Maintain a commercial approach by handling transactions accurately and anticipating future opportunities to engage customers.
• Assist in all tasks to ensure smooth store operations while promoting our brand and products.

Who you'll be
