What you'll do

Retail Supervisor in Sutton Coldfield

40 hours per week

As a Retail Supervisor, you’ll be the face of Toolstation, creating a great first impression, building lasting relationships, and exceeding customer expectations. Your role involves serving customers, supporting the Store Manager, checking deliveries, picking items from the warehouse, and stocking shelves. Be prepared for varied weather conditions, and take pride in your work and your team’s efforts.

Day-to-day responsibilities
  1. Supporting the Store Manager in their absence, motivating and engaging the team, and coaching to achieve sales targets.
  2. Checking and unpacking deliveries, stocking shelves, cleaning, and preparing orders.
  3. Providing excellent customer service with a positive attitude and coaching the team to do the same.
  4. Building customer relationships by understanding their needs and ensuring they leave satisfied.
  5. Maintaining a fun and high-standard working environment, ensuring product availability and branch standards.
