Compass Group UK&I is recruiting a Retail Supervisor to ensure smooth operations in a major High Street brand. This full-time role (35 hours per week) involves supervising frontline staff, handling till payments, managing rotas, stock orders, and compliance with food hygiene and safety standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensuring all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly.
• Supervising a team, creating a positive environment where the team feel welcomed and supported.
• Being a responsible key holder.
• Using the till, taking orders and receiving payments.
• Assisting with weekly bookwork and other duties as necessary.
• Producing weekly rotas following the manager's guidelines.
• Placing orders for stock to maintain stock levels.
• Delegating where necessary and ensuring the team are proactive.

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Retail Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in a major High Street brand on a full time basis, contracted to 35 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities may include:
