What you'll do

Retail Supervisor in Oldham Chadderton
35 hours per week

As a Retail Supervisor, you'll be the face of Toolstation, making a great first impression, building relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your role includes serving customers, supporting the Store Manager, checking deliveries, picking items from the warehouse, and stocking shelves. Be prepared for seasonal temperature changes. Your pride in your work and team will be recognized and appreciated by our customers.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting the Store Manager in their absence, motivating and coaching the team to meet sales targets.
  2. Handling deliveries, stocking shelves, cleaning, and preparing orders.
  3. Providing excellent customer service and coaching the team to do the same.
  4. Building relationships by understanding customer needs and ensuring they leave satisfied.
  5. Maintaining a positive, fun working environment with high standards and product availability.
