Job description
SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE

The Supervisor is responsible for driving sales by curating client relationships, exceeding goals, and leading by example. Through product knowledge, elevated operational responsibilities, and inventory management acumen the Supervisor creates an exceptional and unique experience for both the internal and external client supporting our brand.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Lead by example and train other team members on Chrome Hearts standards and expectations to include product
  • Knowledge, Selling Standards, Visual Merchandising, and Policy & Procedures
  • Manage Client and Staff needs in absence of the Assistant or Store Manager to include opening and closing of the Store upholding all company standards
  • Achieve sales goals through selling, building, and maintaining client relationships and adhering to all CRM requirements
  • Assist and follow up with Clients on special orders, repairs, and custom requests
  • Display a thorough comprehension of, and remain up to date on, Product Knowledge and Company news
  • Proficient knowledge of the POS system including back-office management, and all management level functions
  • Maintain visual integrity of the Store, by conducting regular floor walk-throughs to review and ensure all product merchandising standards have been met
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and assisting in the annual/semi-annual Physical Inventory
  • Be a positive role model representing the brand at all times
  • Build and maintain good working relationships with Management Team, Peers, other Chrome Hearts Store Teams, and key Factory Partners
  • Adhere to all retail policies and procedures
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines
  • Recruit and conduct first interviews in the hiring process
  • Participate in the training of all staff through one-on-one training sessions as well as assisting in conducting store meetings to communicate store updates and company initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS
  • High degree of integrity working with sensitive information
  • Recommended minimum of 3 years of retail Assistant Manager or Supervisor experience, luxury retail preferred
  • Possess leadership skills, training abilities and organization
  • Strong drive for results; goal oriented with a sense of urgency and follow through
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written
  • Proficient in the use of a POS system inclusive of back-office inventory management functions and physical inventory
  • Human Resource knowledge
  • Visual merchandising experience
  • Strong team player
  • Foreign language skills are a plus
  • Flexible availability to include working some nights, weekends, and holiday
