Screwfix is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead in-store operations and guest experiences. You’ll guide customers to the right products, supervise a small team, and maintain high store standards from cash handling to stock management.

The role emphasizes delivering excellent service, supporting sales, and fostering a collaborative, energetic team environment with a focus on reliability and integrity.

• Experienced supervisor or duty manager who is used to managing a small team in a fast-paced environment.

• Monday - Friday (7am to 8pm)
• Saturday (7am to 6pm)
• Sunday (9am to 4pm)
