We are currently looking for a dedicated, cheerful team player with strong leadership skills to join our team. As a Retail Supervisor, you will lead, coach, motivate the team, and support the management team.

What will my role look like?

As a Retail Supervisor, you will manage the store in the absence of the management team. Your managerial skills will ensure smooth operations, promote sales, increase profitability, and ensure customer satisfaction.

What would my main responsibilities be?

• Upsell products and promote offers.
• Complete tasks assigned by the Store Manager.
• Assist with deliveries, banking, and administrative duties.
• Report store or employee issues to the Store Manager.
• Ensure colleagues comply with uniform regulations.
• Supervise colleagues and delegate responsibilities when needed.
• Assist in training and developing new and existing colleagues.
• Maintain proper merchandising, stock records, and wastage logs.
• Monitor fuel volumes, stock levels, and delivery plans to meet targets.
• Ensure compliance with Food Safety and Health & Safety policies.
• Assist customers with inquiries.
• Adhere to Challenge 25 policies for age-restricted items and check IDs accordingly.
