This role is more than just a store job. As a retail supervisor, you’ll serve customers, support the Store Manager, check deliveries, pick items from the warehouse, and stock shelves. It can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter. If you take pride in your work and your team’s efforts, our customers will notice and appreciate us more.

Day-to-day responsibilities

• Supporting: Standing in for the Store Manager when needed, motivating and engaging the team, coaching to grow sales and achieve targets.
• Mucking in: Checking and unpacking deliveries, stocking shelves, cleaning the branch, and assembling orders.
• Delivering great service: Providing excellent customer service with a smile, regardless of how busy it gets, and coaching the team to do the same.
• Building relationships: Ensuring customers leave with everything they need for their jobs.
• Creating a fun work environment: Maintaining high standards and great product availability while making the branch a welcoming place for staff.
