What you'll do

• Retail Supervisor in Charlton
• 30 hours per week

This role involves serving customers, supporting the Store Manager, checking deliveries, picking items, and stocking shelves. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Supporting the Store Manager and motivating the team to achieve sales targets.
2. Handling deliveries, stocking shelves, cleaning, and preparing orders.
3. Providing excellent customer service and coaching the team to do the same.
4. Building relationships with customers to ensure they leave satisfied.
5. Maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
