What you'll do

  • Retail Supervisor in Charlton
  • 30 hours per week

This role involves serving customers, supporting the Store Manager, checking deliveries, picking items, and stocking shelves. The environment can be challenging with hot summers and cold winters, but pride in your work and the team’s effort will be noticed and appreciated by our customers.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting the Store Manager and motivating the team to achieve sales targets.
  2. Handling deliveries, stocking shelves, cleaning, and preparing orders.
  3. Providing excellent customer service and coaching the team to do the same.
  4. Building relationships with customers to ensure they leave satisfied.
  5. Maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
