Key Responsibilities

• Assist your Store Manager in leading, training, and motivating the team to achieve performance targets and uphold high standards of customer service.
• Organize, oversee, and perform stock-takes.
• Handle daily cashing up.
• Manage opening and closing of the store, including holding keys.
• Meet all KPIs and targets set by the company (sales, performance, shrinkage).
• Oversee receiving, checking, pricing, and merchandising of deliveries.
• Report queries and discrepancies promptly.
• Handle refunds and exchanges.
• Coordinate with Directors and Head Office as required.
