Job summary

Molton Brown is seeking a Retail Supervisor for the Livingston outlet to lead the team and support store management. You will guide customers through our fragrance and body care range, ensuring exceptional service and driving sales while maintaining brand standards.

You will act as key support in the absence of store management, helping to achieve KPIs and provide a exceptional customer experience consistent with Molton Brown’s luxury brand.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in premium retail or fragrance experience
• Able to support store management and lead the team on the shop floor
• Guiding customers through product selections and storytelling

Responsibilities

• Oversee the sales floor and drive store KPIs.
• Support store management in their absence and maintain store standards.
• Motivate and develop the sales team to meet targets.

We’re looking for a Retail Supervisor, ideally with 6 months experience working in a premium retail or fragrance experience to join us and support the Retail Store Management in leading the team on continued success at our Livingston outlet store, connecting with our customers who are discovering our products for the first time or falling in love with them all over again.

As Retail Supervisor, you won’t just sell products. You’ll guide every customer through our world of fragrance, body care and home scenting to discover the perfect lifestyle products to Cleanse, Wear and Live in for themselves and their loved ones.

You will also be the trusted key support in absence of the store management team, to oversee the commercial and operational aspirations of the sales floor and assist in driving and motivating the team to achieve store sales and KPI’s.
