What You'll Do

Retail Supervisor in Lincoln

40 hours per week

You'll be the face of Toolstation, making a fantastic first impression, building long-lasting relationships and going above and beyond to make our customers happy. This isn’t your average retail role. It’s much more than just a store job. As a retail supervisor, you’ll serve customers, support the Store Manager, check deliveries, pick items from the warehouse, and stock shelves. The environment can be hot in summer and cold in winter, but taking pride in your work and the team’s efforts will be noticed and appreciated by our customers.

Day-to-day

• Supporting: standing in for the Store Manager, motivating and coaching the team to grow sales and achieve targets.
• Mucking in: checking and unpacking deliveries, stocking shelves, cleaning the branch, and assembling orders.
• Delivering great service: providing a positive customer experience and coaching the team to do the same.
• Building relationships: ensuring customers leave with everything they need for their jobs.
• Creating a fun working environment: maintaining product availability and branch standards, making the branch a great place to work.
