As a retail supervisor, you’ll serve customers, support the Store Manager, check deliveries, pick items from the warehouse, and stock shelves. Day-to-day

1. Supporting: Standing in for the Store Manager in their absence, motivating and engaging the team, coaching to grow sales, and achieving targets.
2. Mucking in: Checking and unpacking deliveries, stocking shelves, cleaning the branch, and assembling orders.
3. Delivering great service: Providing a great customer experience with a smile, regardless of how busy it is, and coaching the team to do the same.
4. Asking questions and building relationships: Ensuring customers leave with everything they need for their job.
5. Building a fun working environment: Maintaining product availability and branch standards while creating a welcoming atmosphere for everyone.
