Screwfix is looking for a Retail Supervisor to lead in-store operations and guide customers to the right products in a fast-paced environment. You’ll set the standard for store presentation, service quality, and teamwork.

You’ll manage a small team, handle cash processes, respond to customer queries, and contribute to a welcoming, well-run store. The role offers a competitive salary, generous annual leave, pension, life cover, and staff discounts.

Monday - Friday (7am to 8pm)

Saturday (7am to 6pm)

Sunday (9am to 4pm)

Responsibilities

WHAT’S IT LIKE TO BE A RETAIL SUPERVISOR?

• Host – you’ll be the team leader, hosting in store, setting an example of what great looks like. You’ll understand what your customers need, guide them to the right products, and make it super easy for them
• Store standards – you’ll make sure everything runs smoothly from cash reconciliations, to customer queries, audit compliancy and stock management.
• Part of the team – you’ll join a team who take pride in their store, working together and having lots of fun along the way!

• Great at giving amazing customer service, and able to translate that into sales
