Screwfix Direct Ltd. in Fort William is seeking a proactive Retail Supervisor to lead our in-store team and deliver outstanding service to customers. You will role-model high standards, guide customers to the right products, and ensure smooth daily operations from stock to cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Host – you’ll be the team leader, hosting in store, guiding customers to the right products and making it easy for them.
• Store standards – ensure cash reconciliations, customer queries, audit compliance and stock management run smoothly.

Monday - Friday (7am to 8pm)

Saturday (7am to 6pm)

Sunday (9am to 4pm)

WHAT’S IT LIKE TO BE A RETAIL SUPERVISOR?

• Host – you’ll be the team leader, hosting in store, setting an example of what great looks like. You’ll understand what your customers need, guide them to the right products, and make it super easy for them
• Store standards – you’ll make sure everything runs smoothly from cash reconciliations, to customer queries, audit compliancy and stock management.
• Part of the team – you’ll join a team who take pride in their store, working together and having lots of fun along the way!
