Job summary

Screwfix Direct Ltd. is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead in-store operations, guide customers to the right products, and maintain high store standards. You’ll supervise a small team and ensure smooth cash handling and stock control while delivering excellent service.

The role emphasizes a friendly, flexible, and energetic approach with opportunities for training and development, in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• An experienced supervisor or duty manager who is used to managing a small team in a fast-paced environment.
• Great at giving amazing customer service, and able to translate that into sales
• Inquisitive, ever-questioning and ever-improving

Monday - Friday (7am to 8pm)

Saturday (7am to 6pm)

Sunday (9am to 4pm)
