Job summary

Superdrug Clydebank is seeking a Supervisor to lead a fast-paced team at 170 Kilbowie Road, Clydebank. The MAT COVER role is 12 hours per week with potential for more hours, and shifts are flexible. You’ll support management, drive sales, and ensure top-notch customer service in a busy high street store.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast-paced high street retailer.
• Understanding of retail KPIs including sales, profit and service.
• Ability to help others develop and improve their skills.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for customers (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Support the management team with day-to-day store operations.
• Drive sales and deliver excellent customer service.
• Keep shelves stocked and the store looking its best.
• Assist in reducing shrinkage and till errors to keep targets on track.
