Key Responsibilities

You will assist your Store Manager with:

• Leading, training, and motivating the team to achieve performance targets and maintain high standards of customer service.
• Organizing, overseeing, and conducting stock-takes.
• Daily cashing up.
• Opening and closing the store, holding keys.
• Meeting all KPIs and targets set by the company (sales, performance, shrinkage).
• Overseeing the receiving, checking, pricing, and merchandising of deliveries.
• Reporting queries and discrepancies promptly.
• Handling refunds and exchanges.
• Following instructions from Directors and Head Office.
