Opening hours:

Monday - Friday (7am to 8pm)

Saturday (7am to 6pm)

Sunday (9am to 4pm)

Responsibilities

WHAT’S IT LIKE TO BE A RETAIL SUPERVISOR?

  • Host – be the team leader, hosting in store, setting an example of what great looks like. Understand customer needs, guide them to the right products, and make shopping easy for them.
  • Store standards – ensure smooth operations including cash reconciliations, handling customer queries, audit compliance, and stock management.
  • Part of the team – work with a team that takes pride in their store, collaborates well, and has fun!

Qualifications

  • Experience as a supervisor or duty manager managing a small team in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer service skills that translate into sales
  • Inquisitive, questioning, and committed to continuous improvement
  • Passionate about our business
  • Friendly, flexible, reliable, honest, and hardworking
