A leading retail company in Aycliffe Village is seeking an experienced supervisor or duty manager to lead store operations and enhance customer service. Responsibilities include managing a small team, ensuring store standards, and driving sales. The company offers competitive salary, up to 33 days annual leave, and excellent training opportunities.

Hours of 24 per week to be worked across Monday to Sunday on a rota basis, including some evenings and weekends
