Job Description:

We are looking for a Retail Strategy & Insights Manager to join us here at Cheil UK on a secondment contract (12 months) with Samsung.

The role would be based at the Samsung EU HQ offices in Chertsey.

Your key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective marketing and product marketing strategies to meet business goals, grow market share, and enhance brand visibility.
• Manage go-to-market strategies for new products or campaigns, establish campaign objectives and KPIs, and monitor performance with actionable insights for optimization.
• Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, consumer insights, and competitive intelligence, translating findings into strategic marketing actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and finance, to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
• Coordinate communication with headquarters, sharing best practices, and reporting progress regularly.
• Support the development and implementation of the CEO’s vision and strategic direction.
• Prepare and deliver ad-hoc KPI analysis reports to support business decision-making.
