Retail Store Supervisor (12mth FTC), Poole

Our store teams are the friendly face of reassurance, offering product insight, knowledge, and trust. Whether it's personal shopping, car seat consultations, parent-to-be events, or guiding customers through their parenting journey, our teams create magical moments to cherish forever.

The Role of Store Supervisor

As a Store Supervisor, you are the ambassador of these moments and the heart of our award-winning business. Based at our Mamas & Papas Poole store, you'll lead a small team of Sales Consultants, working closely with the Store Manager to achieve store results and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

This role covers 40 hours per week across 5 days, including weekends. (Apply to discuss shifts that suit you.)
