Job Title: Store Supervisor

Our store teams are the warm arm of reassurance, offering incredible product insight, knowledge, and trust. Whether it's our in-store personal shopping experiences, car seat consultations, parent-to-be events, or guiding customers through their parent journey, our teams ensure memorable moments for families shopping for their little ones.

The Role of Store Supervisor

Our Supervisors are ambassadors of these magical moments and are central to our award-winning business. We are expanding our family and seeking an Assistant Store Supervisor to be based at our Mamas & Papas Gateshead store. You will lead a small team of Sales Consultants, working closely with the Store Manager and management team to achieve store results and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

This is a 30-hour per week role, spread over 5 days, including weekends (Saturdays, Sundays, or both). (Apply to discuss shifts that suit you.)
