Superdrug is seeking a Store Manager who will lead and develop a team to maximize performance and deliver exceptional customer service. Hours per Week: 39hours
Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, we can discuss this further at interview.
Salary:Up to £45000.00 per annum

Our Talent Team will review your application, and if you meet the role's requirements, they will contact you to arrange a 20-minute telephone screening. This conversation will help us learn more about you and your experience.

SWOT Analysis: If you successfully pass the telephone screening, you will be invited to a face-to-face interview with the Area Manager. As part of your preparation, you'll need to complete a SWOT analysis of the store you are applying to. You can do this at a time that works best for you before your interview.

The interview will be held in-store and will involve a detailed discussion about your experience and key performance indicators (KPIs). You will also present your SWOT analysis, providing an excellent opportunity to demonstrate your retail knowledge.

If successful, you will receive a job offer with details about the role, salary, training store, and benefits. We'll guide you through the onboarding process to ensure a smooth start into your new role.
