About the Opportunity

Partnering with a leading healthcare organization, we are recruiting for a Retail Manager for their Kingston store location. If you are a retail professional committed to customer service, seeking advancement in your career, or a healthcare professional seeking a change, this role could be the next step for you. This location is open Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-5:00PM, with minimal evenings and weekends!

Duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Manage the store to optimize customer service and sales targets
  • Manage the efforts of one other retail professional and provide guidance for the escalation of any customer service issues
  • Ensure that the store is merchandised well with complete inventory control
  • Undertake the location's regular banking
  • Represent the organization periodically at trade shows and customer events
About You

The successful candidate will have the following:

  • A minimum of three years of retail experience, with preference given to those who have held a managerial role
  • Experience managing sales targets with proven success
  • Experience delivering superior customer service in a retail environment with regular, repeat customers
  • Superior interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Basic bookkeeping in a retail location would be considered an asset
  • Proficiency using MS Office would be considered an asset
