Overview

Skopes is a leading menswear retailer with stores and concessions across the UK and over 75 years in operation. We are expanding and seeking an experienced Store Manager for our new menswear store at Cotswolds Designer Outlet.

Responsibilities

• Organise staff rotas

Salary / Benefits

Starting £32k basic with £36k OTE including excellent bonus and commission. Commission is payable on team sales (not an individual target). 28 days holiday. Workplace pension scheme. Staff discount scheme. Full training on stock.

Hours

40 hours per week between store opening times. More hours may be required from time to time to cover staff shortages or busy periods.
