Amgrace, an official retailer of Bang & Olufsen, the world-renowned leader in premium sound and design, is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, and results-driven Store Principal to lead our Sutton Coldfield store.

About the Role

As the Store Principal, you will be the driving force behind the store’s success. This is a hands-on role where you will be actively involved in selling, engaging directly with customers, and showcasing the exceptional quality and craftsmanship of Bang & Olufsen products. In addition, you will lead a team of dedicated professionals, inspire them to deliver world-class customer service, and ensure the store operates at peak performance.

A key aspect of this role includes conducting home visits to demonstrate products, provide expert advice on installation, and ensure that every customer’s experience is tailored to their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Leadership: Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively engaging with customers and providing expert advice on Bang & Olufsen’s bespoke audio-visual solutions.
  • Customer Experience: Foster a customer-centric culture, ensuring every customer interaction reflects the luxury and quality associated with Bang & Olufsen.
  • Home Visits: Regularly visit customers’ homes to demonstrate products, offer personalised recommendations, and advise on optimal installation to deliver a seamless experience.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing team, providing coaching and guidance to support their development.
  • Store Operations: Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and adherence to company standards.
  • Strategic Growth: Identify opportunities to grow the business, build long-term customer relationships, and increase market share in the local area.

About You

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager within a high-end audiovisual environment, luxury car sales or bespoke luxury furniture.
  • Strong knowledge and passion for audiovisual technology and the ability to articulate the unique features of luxurious home premium products.
  • A self-motivated professional with a proactive attitude and the ability to deliver on store performance targets.
  • Experience in delivering exceptional in-home customer experiences, with an understanding of how to tailor recommendations and solutions to individual needs.
  • Must be a car owner with a clean driving licence, essential for conducting home visits and supporting business needs.
  • A natural leader with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, able to motivate and inspire a team.
  • A hands-on approach to management, with a strong passion for sales and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
