Job Title – Retail Store Manager

Department/Sector – Retail

Job Location – London – Seven Sisters

Salary – £30k

Our client is recruiting a Store Manager who will be given the freedom to build the store’s success. They stock a variety of home, kitchen-ware, gifts, healthcare and other products.

You’ll be taking charge of a very big business. This means there’ll be a multi-million operation to oversee, major budgets and P&L to manage and a detailed business strategy to roll out.

You must make sure every member of your team is empowered to achieve great things. They need you to create a friendly, family culture in which colleagues trust and respect each other.

You need to create amazing value for customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Coach your team to be passionate and knowledgeable about the products in your store.
  • Build the brand and provide customers with the right range, quality, and service to ensure they keep coming back.
  • Lead your team in driving trade activity, using your expertise and knowledge to grow sales and maximize profit.
  • Deliver a great shopping experience in a safe and secure environment for all customers.
  • Meet performance targets.
