Job summary

Vodafone UK Retail is seeking a hands-on store leader in Wokingham to coach and motivate an established sales team, ensuring customers receive expert advice on our products and services.

You will drive performance against KPIs in a fast-paced environment, balance people management with operational excellence, and benefit from an uncapped commission structure alongside a competitive hourly rate.

Salary: £ 16.34 per hour + uncapped commissions

Hours: 40 hours per week

What will you be doing?

When a customer enters your store, they will get that Vodafone feeling – a sense that they’re welcomed, valued, and have a friendly expert by their side who can advise them on our great products and services. Leading and supporting established teams, you will be an exceptional leader of people and have great coaching skills. Ideally, you will have a sales background with a track record in meeting and exceeding KPIs. Numbers focused you will be able to drive sales through your people and be able to take a holistic view to the business.
