What will you be doing?

When customers enter your store, they should feel welcomed, valued, and assisted by knowledgeable staff. You will lead and support a team, demonstrating excellent leadership and coaching skills. Ideally, you will have a sales background with a proven record of meeting and exceeding KPIs. Your focus on numbers will help drive sales through your team and enable you to view the business holistically.
