Job summary

Vodafone UK Retail is seeking a store leader in Ashford on a 40-hour week with a salary of £34,000 per annum. You will lead and coach established teams, ensuring customers feel welcomed and receive expert product advice to drive sales.

You will need a sales background with a track record in meeting KPIs and a numbers-focused mindset to push performance through your people. The successful candidate should also be prepared to work at our Folkestone store as required.

What will you be doing?

When a customer enters your store, they will get that Vodafone feeling - a sense that they're welcomed, valued, and have a friendly expert by their side who can advise them on our great products and services. Leading and supporting established teams, you will be an exceptional leader of people and have great coaching skills. Ideally, you will have a sales background with a track record in meeting and exceeding KPIs. Numbers focused you will be able to drive sales through your people and be able to take a holistic view to the business.
