Vodafone South Shields is seeking a dynamic store leader to drive performance and service excellence. In this franchise role, you will lead and coach a team, ensure high standards, and help customers get the most from our products and services.

You'll be responsible for delivering against KPIs, coaching colleagues to improve selling skills, and creating a welcoming, knowledgeable store environment. The position is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week role with a competitive salary based on experience.

Salary: up to £ 45,000 OTE based on experience
Hours: 40 hours per week

What will you be doing?

When a customer enters your store, they'll get that Vodafone feeling - a sense that they're welcomed, valued, and have a friendly expert by their side who can advise them on our great products and services. Leading and supporting established teams, you will be an exceptional leader of people and have great coaching skills. Ideally, you will have a sales background with a track record in meeting and exceeding KPIs. Numbers focused you will be able to drive sales through your people and be able to take a holistic view to the business.
